JB has worked in five different regions in the US and has developed a vast number of customer contacts from 36 years of oilfield experience. He has an operations, sales, and sales management background in pressure pumping.
JB’s sales career began in 1989 in Colorado where he was in field sales for Brighton, CO with The Western Company. He quickly moved into the regional sale office in 1991 where he worked until 2003 as a regional sales manager with BJ Services after the Western merger in 1995. In 2003 he worked in Houston sales until 2005 when he was promoted to City Sales Manager in Tulsa Oklahoma.
He held the Region Sales Director position in Oklahoma City from 2007 to 2012.
In mid-2012 JB moved into the Region Sales Director position for the SE region in Fort Worth (June 2012 - August 2014) where he again oversaw all sales activities for the pressure pumping division and was accountable for a region sales budget and revenue plan. In late 2014 took the Director of Executive Sales position at Baker Hughes in Denver (August 2014 - June 2016).
