We’re proud to kick off our Consultant Spotlight series with none other than one of our founders, Jeff Jordan.
With decades of experience in Energy Services and almost a decade as a Privateer, Jeff has guided clients through some of their most strategic challenges. From helping build and sell numerous companies to leading the patented Lion Fuels Project, Jeff is a problem-solver with deep roots and big vision.
But what really sets Jeff apart? His unwavering belief in people.
His approach is “Creative and Challenging”—because he knows that’s when teams deliver their best. His family motto, “Percussa resurgo” (When struck down, we rise again), is more than a phrase. It’s how he leads.
When he’s not mentoring clients or advising startups, Jeff’s probably:
